Llangeitho Village Show
One of Wales's smallest and most cherished annual shows, held on the last Wednesday in August in the village where the great Welsh revivalist Daniel Rowland preached, with horse and pony classes and a garden and produce tent where the competition is taken very personally.
A small, deeply Welsh village that punches well above its size: the birthplace of Welsh Methodism, a Grade II* chapel that draws pilgrims, a well-regarded real-ale pub in the Good Beer Guide, and a combined cafe-shop that keeps the place functioning for locals and walkers alike.
