These terms apply to your use of villagly.com; by using the site you accept them. Villagly is a free directory of village and countryside events across the UK, operated as a sole trader under the trading name Villagly. We help you find events; we do not run them, sell tickets, or take bookings.

Accuracy

We compile listings from public sources and from organisers. Details can change or be cancelled at short notice and errors occur, so always check the organiser's own website before you travel or spend money. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete or current, and we are not responsible for events that change or do not take place. Any booking or purchase is between you and the organiser, on their terms.

Listing an event

If you send us an event, you confirm you have the right to share the information and that it is accurate, and you allow us to publish and edit it. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

Acceptable use and content

Please use the site lawfully, and do not disrupt or scrape it. The Villagly name, logo, and our original descriptions and editorial are protected by intellectual property law: you may link to and share our pages, but not copy substantial parts without permission. Event details from organisers remain theirs. The site also links to third-party sites that we do not control or endorse.

Affiliate links

Some links on our event pages, in particular the "where to stay" accommodation links, are affiliate links. If you book through them we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay. It also does not influence which events we list or how we describe them; we only ever point you to accommodation near the event you are viewing.

Liability

We provide Villagly as is, as a free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on any listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to its courts. We may update them as the site develops; the version published here, dated above, is the current one.
