San Antolines de Lekeitio (Antzar Eguna / Día de los Gansos)
Lekeitio's fishing-village patron saint festival centres on the Antzar Eguna on 5 September, when crews in traditional blue mahon shirts launch from boats to grab a goose suspended over the harbour mouth, a maritime custom over 300 years old.
