Fiestas Patronales de Nuestra Señora del Rosario y Batalla de Lepanto
Barlovento's patronal fiesta is crowned by its Batalla de Lepanto, a spectacular Bien de Interés Cultural re-enactment of the 1571 naval battle performed by villagers with wooden ships, period costumes and cannon-fire in the village square, one of the most theatrical folk customs in the Canaries.
