Festa do Pulpo de O Carballiño
Since 1962, the small town of O Carballiño fills its riverside municipal park with pulpeiras and their steaming copper cauldrons for Galicia's most famous octopus romería, serving over 50,000 kg of pulpo á feira alongside Ribeiro wine and Cea bread to tens of thousands of visitors.
