Encierros de Cuéllar
Declared a Fiesta of International Tourist Interest, the encierros of Cuéllar are the oldest documented bull-running in Spain, dating to 1215, with bulls driven three kilometres from riverside corrals through pine forest to the town each morning at dawn.
