At sunset in the Nechory vineyard outside the small wine village of Prušánky, men carry an oak pole decorated with a nine-flower bouquet, two wine bottles and grape clusters on their shoulders, plant it with twelve symbolically carved stakes, and read the ancient vineyard law forbidding entry until harvest.
