Now in its 31st year, Hustopeče's three-day Burčák Festival revives the town's identity as the greatest historical wine-growing seat of Moravia through mock burčák police patrols, a purkmister and consuls, mázhauzy (traditional wine halls) and the unique currency of the Búro.
