Founded in 1991 by young Sea Sámi in the coastal valley of Kåfjord, this five-day open-air indigenous festival fills tiny Manndalen with joik circles, throat singers, Māori performers, children's programs, and late-night workshops that feel more like a village gathering than a ticketed event.
