Norsk Rakfiskfestival
Norway's premier celebration of rakfisk (semi-fermented trout) fills the small Valdres town of Fagernes each November with over 100 market stalls, a competitive tasting tent, folk concerts and the crowning of the year's best rakfisk producer.
