Mackenzie Highland A&P Show
Held every Easter Monday in the high-country town of Fairlie, this is claimed to be the largest single-day A&P show in New Zealand, drawing 12,000 to 15,000 visitors for shearing, Highland dancing, woodchopping and dog trials under the shadow of the Mackenzie Basin ranges.
