Ilindenski Sobori - Kruševo
Kruševo, the high-altitude town that proclaimed the short-lived Kruševo Republic during the 1903 Ilinden Uprising, holds its most solemn annual gathering on 2 August with processions to the Makedonium monument, folk performances and a national day atmosphere unique in the Balkans.
