Praznik Mimoze
Founded in 1969 by the Tourist Association of Boka Bay, this month-long Riviera festival celebrates the winter-blooming mimosa with carnival processions, masquerade balls, a fish-and-wine feast along the seafront drawing 20,000 guests, and a flower exhibition, all while the hillside town blazes yellow above the bay.
