Hamahiga Island Hama District Hari
The tiny sacred island of Hamahiga, revered as the birthplace of the Ryukyuan people, hosts its own sabani dragon boat race on Yukkanuhi, with the Hama district competing separately from the neighbouring Higa district on the same day.
