Abashiri Okhotsk Drift Ice Festival (あばしりオホーツク流氷まつり)

The small fishing city of Abashiri celebrates the arrival of Okhotsk Sea drift ice with community-made snow and ice sculptures, a Save-the-Ice environmental theme, and evening fireworks on the harbour wharf.
