Lé Nièr Beurre, Black Butter Making Festival
Volunteers gather at The Elms to peel, stir and jar hundreds of pots of lé nièr beurre through the night in a centuries-old Norman apple-butter tradition, culminating in a Saturday market with cider, live music and pumpkin carving.
