Kalocsai Paprika- és Gasztrofesztivál
Held in Kalocsa's historic Érsekkert park, this paprika-harvest celebration centres on a competitive paprika-dish cook-off, a Hungarian Grey cattle pörkölt contest, and folk-embroidery and folk-dance displays honouring the town's two Hungaricum designations: its fűszerpaprika spice and its distinctive painted folk art.
