Panigyri Agias Pelagias Tinou (Πανηγύρι Αγίας Πελαγίας Τήνου)
On the feast of Agia Pelagia, Tinos's most spectacular mid-summer panigiri sees the miraculous icon carried in procession 8km on foot to the Kechrovouni Monastery and back by torchlight, with pilgrims and visitors walking together through the island hills.
