Panigiri Κοιμήσεως Θεοτόκου, Langada
Held in the remote mountain valley of Langada and described as the largest single panigiri gathering in the Aegean, this UNESCO-recognised Ikarian feast begins with liturgy at Mounde Monastery and continues as an open circle of thousands dancing the Ikariotikos until morning.
